A Virtual Hearing was held on  April 28, 2022.

A Continuance is set for Thursday, May 12th at 6pm.  Records were left open till May 12th at 5pm. Effective Action steps are listed below.

Kristi will also be available the day of the hearing until 6:30 PM if you experience any difficulties joining the hearing.

Please write to the Hearing Examiner citing your position.

1. Emphasize that you feel the expansion should not be allowed and why.

In addition the Hearing Examiner is requesting we:

2.  Endorse the points mentioned at the Hearing that you agree with. He is keeping track of these.

3.  Suggest specific ideas that will make the current permit (CUP) more effective, verifiable, and enforceable.
