To ensure the EFCC issues written statements which are consistent with its mission statement, objectives, and primary purposes of the members of the EFCC, any use of the name, acronym, and logo of the EFCC in written statements must first be reviewed and sanctioned by an officer or member of the Board of Directors. Only individuals officially recognized as members of the EFCC (by completing and filing this form with the EFCC) are permitted to identify themselves in any private or public forum as members of the EFCC.
